Penny Black Jazz Cafe began organically in OCT loft when BinBin a locally renowned Jazz singer decided to perform Jazz on the street under the trees. Soon to open Jazz Cafe, showcasing international and local artists, oh yeah and serving London Pride!

This my best attempt to be objective. The interior looked nice, staff was courteous and obviously their breakfast service is not the center of their business. Below may offer insight into why the breakfast service is not a big hit. For breakfast, USD $9.35 gets you the following: 1 American coffee 2 slices of wonder bread (toasted) 1 standard serving of canned beans 1 small portion of canned mushrooms 2 thick slices of tomatoes 2 boiled eggs 2 small stiff slices of ham (very salty, with fat) Came highly recommended from a Brit as a "home cooked British breakfast experience". If the above seems like a proper English Breakfast, then dig in.
