At least 15 people have been killed and five have been injured after a fire at a wholesale market in Shenzhen’s Guangming New Zone early this morning, Gongye900 reports.

The fire that spread 1,000 square metres started at the Genzhuyuan Community on Gongming Road at around 1:30 a.m. and took two hours to put out. Twenty-nine firetrucks and 145 firefighters from eight teams were deployed.
