You will ensure sustainable long term profitability with quality customer service, brand consistence and gain/maintain market leadership

Job Description

    Maximize sales/profit/trading income opportunities in exceeding company trading targets
    Plan & execute product development through the year
    Source, design, develop and deliver H&B product according to the annual plan
    Plan and market the products through merchandising, communication and promotion
    Effectively manage inventory
    Quarterly change the design of anagrammed products
    Review and analyze product performacne to maximize space utilization
    Manage people, motivate staff and building strong teamwork

The Successful Applicant

    Associate degree or above
    5 years of sourcing of FM CG or retail in China
    Data and information management
    Proficiency in both spoken and written English
    Strong negotiation skills
    Ability to work under pressure
