Spread over two floors, Sleeping Flower is a restaurant & bar with some unique food and beverage options. It's not too often that you'll find a bar that serves Paulaner on tap (55RMB/pint), and Alsatian French cuisine but such is the case at Sleeping Flower. Amongst meat plates, and Quiche Lorraine, you'll find Flammekueche, the house specialty. Similar to a pizza, Flammekueche is an Alsatian specialty consisting of thin, pizza-like dough brushed with cream cheese, onion and bacon.
