Typhoon Vicente - the largest typhoon to hit the Pearl River Delta in 13 years - crashed into southern Guangdong on Tuesday. The Nanfang's Danny Lee went out on to the streets of Shenzhen to feel Typhoon Vicente's power as the storm loomed over the Delta.
