Despite the English sign of the same name, Tom's is in fact not a bakery. The actual name of this traditional Chinese bar is "Tianyuan Muge". Whatever you choose to call it, the venue has live music most nights from Jazz to folk, and occasionally, traditional Lijiang music. Small snacks of fries and chicken wings are also available.
