Summer is drawing to a close and school returns soon, so it seems bars and restaurants are throwing an array of parties before August is done.

This weekend is going to be a busy one in Shenzhen. Check out some of the things on tap:

August 23rd – Brazil Carnival @ Splash Club. Giant indoor pool, Sexy Samba Dancers, 3 DJs spinning Latin Beats. Sounds like a blast! Friday, 9PM-Late

August 24th – Club Viva Wet T-Shirt Contest 3 – Lots of buzz around Club Viva hosting another of their Wet T-Shirt Contests. They’ve finished renovating their well known club spot and are celebrating by hosing down some girls with 12,000RMB in cash prizes up for grabs. 15 entrants allowed but bras are not. Classy.

August 24th – Killer Soap @ B10 Live – Killer Soap, a well known Hong Kong Rock band will be playing their first concert ever in Shenzhen @ B10 Live 7:30PM

August 25th – Ultimate Frisbee @ Happy Valley Park – 2:30-6:00PM Hosted weekly by the ShenZhen Ultimate Players Association

August 25th – Painting Party @ Idutang – Painting party is an event where you gather to paint, chat, socialise, and have fun. 2:00-7:30PM

August 23rd-26th – Brotzeit Beer Festival – Experience a Live Paulaner band, delicious and authentic German food, and of course beer.

August 25th-26th – Planet Art Council Presents: Aloha Beach Party – Music on the Beach, Fun in the Sun. 150RMB includes 2 beers and round trip transportation.
